Cookies and browser storage

The public Phare website is designed to work without application cookies, local storage or session storage. This page describes that configuration and the technical requests required to deliver a page.

Storage used by the website

The website application does not set a visitor identifier or store navigation choices in your browser. It does not use a tracking consent banner because there are no optional analytics, advertising or embedded-media tools to enable on the public pages.

Navigation, menus and article links work as part of the page itself. Closing a menu does not save a preference for a later visit. The site does not offer account sign-in, a shopping cart or a website submission form.

Page delivery and technical records

Your browser requests the page and its files from the hosting service. Those requests can include an IP address, browser information and the address of the file being requested. A server or network record of a request is different from a cookie stored on your device.

Vercel provides hosting. Hosting and network infrastructure can apply security controls and maintain operational records under its own arrangements. The statement about application storage describes this site's code; it is not a promise about every browser, network or provider through which a request passes.

Email and telephone links

Selecting an email or telephone link asks your device to open the relevant application. That application may keep its own history, accounts or preferences. Those records are managed through your device and communications provider, rather than by a Phare website cookie.

If you follow an external link, review that service's privacy and storage information. Its configuration may differ from this site's.

Your browser settings

You can inspect and remove site data using your browser's privacy controls. Blocking optional cookies does not prevent the current public pages from displaying. Browser extensions and privacy tools may change which requests are made or how links open.

If the site's configuration changes to include an optional tool that requires consent, its purpose and controls should be described before that tool is enabled. Questions about the current configuration can be sent to contact@phareconsultinggroup.com.
