Website terms

These terms concern use of the Phare Consulting Group website. Consulting work is governed by the scope and terms agreed for the particular engagement.

Purpose of the site

The website describes management-consulting services and provides general articles on business analysis. It is intended to help a visitor understand the subjects Phare can examine and decide whether to make an inquiry. Service descriptions are outlines; the work required for a particular business must be assessed separately.

A page, article or email link does not establish an adviser-client relationship or commit either party to an assignment. A consulting engagement requires agreement on scope, responsibilities, deliverables, commercial terms and any other relevant conditions.

Using articles and service information

Articles explain analytical methods and considerations that may be relevant in a business setting. They cannot account for the facts, contracts, data quality, risks or regulatory requirements of an individual organization. Any example identified as illustrative is for explanation and is not a report of client results.

The material is not legal, tax, accounting, audit, regulated investment, medical or other specialist professional advice. Obtain advice from appropriately qualified specialists where it is needed. Management remains responsible for its decisions and for checking information used in them.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep the descriptions and explanations useful and accurate. Information can become incomplete or require revision as business practices, available evidence or the website change. A statement about an analytical approach should not be read as a guarantee of a particular commercial result.

Pages may be changed, moved or temporarily unavailable. Website access is not a service-level commitment. If a detail is important to a proposed assignment, ask for it to be confirmed in the engagement discussions.

Copyright and other materials

Website text, branding and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners. You may read, link to and make reasonable internal reference to the public material, subject to applicable law and any notices attached to a particular item.

Permission to browse the website does not grant permission to reproduce the Phare name or logo as your own, imply an endorsement or republish substantial parts of the site. Contact us about other proposed uses. Legal rights to quotation, criticism or other permitted uses remain unaffected.

Acceptable use

Use the website and its contact details for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with delivery or use the site to impersonate another person. Do not send confidential information belonging to someone else unless you are authorized to disclose it.

Automated access must respect applicable law and the site's published access controls. A public page does not authorize probing of unrelated services, accounts or private systems. We may take proportionate measures to protect the site and address misuse.

Communications and confidential information

An initial message should provide a short description of the proposed work and suitable business contact details. Receiving a message does not itself create a confidentiality agreement or require Phare to accept the assignment. Agree information-transfer and confidentiality arrangements before sharing sensitive supporting documents.

Email delivery and reply timing depend on the services and circumstances involved. The site does not promise a fixed response time. If a matter has a specific deadline, identify it clearly in the inquiry.

External services and links

A link to an external website or the opening of an email or telephone application takes you to a separate service. Its availability, content, security and privacy arrangements are controlled by that service. Refer to the relevant provider's terms before submitting information there.

A reference to a source in an article identifies information relevant to the discussion. It does not imply that the source endorses Phare, the website or a consulting engagement.

Responsibility and applicable rights

The website provides general information rather than a recommendation on which you should base a specific business or investment decision. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Phare does not accept responsibility for losses arising from reliance on this general material or from interruptions to website access.

These terms do not exclude responsibility or restrict a right that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or restricted. Contractual responsibilities for consulting work are addressed in the relevant engagement agreement. These website terms do not determine the governing law or dispute arrangements for every possible engagement.

Questions and updates

Contact contact@phareconsultinggroup.com about use of the site or a request concerning its material. Phare Consulting Group's business address is 777 Brickell Avenue, Miami, FL 33131, United States.

The published terms may be revised when the website or its services change. Review the current version when returning to the site. A separate written engagement agreement takes precedence for the consulting work it covers.
